With all the indulgences over the holidays a healthy smoothie is great to add into the daily routine. Try this winter smoothie to brighten your morning. Pomegranate seeds are available till February so you have some time to get these at your grocery store. Try this recipe:
Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
2 cubes of ice
